7. COMPETITION T's and C's - GENERAL:
1. Entry restriction:
(a) Competitions are open to UK residents only.
(b) Employees, the promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion including their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
(c) Only one entry per person.
2. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the date the prize winner is chosen.
3. Promoter is Sacla UK Limited, Basil House, 21 London End, Beaconsfield, Bucks HP9 2HN. Sacla UK Limited reserves the right to terminate or modify these rules.
4. Personal details supplied for entry to competitions will only be used by Sacla' and will not be passed onto any other 3rd parties.
5. By entering a competition you are giving permission for your details and photo to be used for publicity purposes. This may or may not be used.
6. No responsibility can be taken for lost, delayed or corrupt entries.
ADDITIONAL T'S and C'S - NATIONAL DAY COMPETITION.
1. 10 winning entries will be selected at random.
2. Closing Date for entries is: 30th June 2008.
3. The prize is: 10 x Party Packs consisiting of 1 x bottle Italian bubbles, Italian flags, balloons, party poppers, Sacla' product x 4, Crostini. No cash alternative offered. We reserve the right to send an alternative prize to the same value.
4. Entrants must be 16 years of age or over.
