We let these voluptuous vine-ripened tomatoes dry in the warm Italian sunshine at their leisure before adding fragrant oregano and coating them in a light sunflower oil. Why should our artichokes be a staple of every store cupboard? Because when there's nothing to eat, one day you'll open the cupboard door and find tender quarters of Italian globe artichokes, traditionally prepared with flat-leaf parsley looking irresistible in a clear golden oil. Look through any contemporary Italian cookbook and wild mushrooms feature, well, wildly. Pick ours. Our young wild mushrooms get sprinkled with fine Italian herbs before being liberally tossed in perfectly seasoned sunflower oil. Stir through a freshly prepared risotto, or mix with pancetta, thyme and cream for a wonderfully rich pasta sauce. Tips

  1. Best enjoyed as a traditional antipasti platter on its own or before a meal as the name literally translates.  Simply choose several from the range, open and serve with salamis, hams, cheeses, olives, and crostini.
  2. Have some left over?  Why not add them to pasta sauces or spoon them into your casseroles.  Wild mushrooms will stir beautifully into a creamy risotto and any of the range will add pizzazz to your pizza topping.
