One of the oldest Italian cheeses; Gorgonzola has been journeying to the UK since about 1900.  Our little jar uses 'piccante'; slightly thicker and bluer than its 'dolce' counterpart, bringing a sumptuous, mellow taste to the product.  Mixed with sweet Italian red onions and plump vine-ripened tomatoes it's a sensation you have to try. 

Delightful with a robust pappardelle and great simply straight from the jar spread on bruschetta or crostini.

Filetti means filleted. And we've put these succulent 'fillets' of tomatoes, grown and marinated in Piedmont, into a slow oven to roast before introducing them to our peppery wild rocket.

We've plucked plump ripe Italian tomatoes right from the vine, combined them with sweet red peppers and added a kick of chilli for exuberance. Stir it through pasta, add a snowstorm of parmesan and then tell your taste buds to brace themselves.
