  • 3 BIG HANDFULS OF ANY BROWN PASTA
  • 1 SMALL TIN OF MIXED BEAN SALAD
  • 1 TEASPOON OF CHILLI SAUCE (OR TO TASTE)
  • 1/2 DESSERT SPOON OF CLASSIC PESTO
  • 1/2 DESSERT SPOON OF SUN DRIED TOMATO PESTO
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR
  • 2 TEASPOONS OF HONEY OR ADD ANY SWEETENER TO TASTE (IE SPLENDA) YOU COULD USE SUGAR BUT IT MIGHT NOT DISSOLVE WELL ENOUGH
  • 3 TABLESPOONS OF MAYONNAISE
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF DOUBLE CREAM (OPTIONAL)
  • 1/4 TEASPOON OF GARLIC PASTE

How to make it

  • BOIL THE PASTA TILL COOKED TO YOUR OWN LIKING AND ALLOW TO COOL
  • ADD THE TIN OF BEANS WITH SOME OF THE JUICE BUT NOT ALL
  • MIX TOGETHER ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS AND ADD TO THE MIXTURE
  • SERVE
  • YOU COULD ADD CHICKEN OR PRAWNS TO THIS RECIPE TOO IF LIKED
