Haddock & Serano Ham with Salsa Verde

  • Skinless Haddock Fillets
  • Sacla' Salsa Verde
  • Serrano ham slices
  • Olive oil

How to make it

  • Spread your haddock fillets with a generous helping of the Salsa Verde
  • Fold the haddock pieces in two to crate a "sandwich"
  • Tightly wrap the haddock in the Serrano ham
  • Place in a baking tray and add a splash of olive oil
  • Bake in a warm oven for approximately 20 minutes

Not bad, but felt it was lacking in flavour slightly - would serve extra Salsa Verde on the side if it were me. Linda
