- Serrano ham slices

How to make it
- Spread your haddock fillets with a generous helping of the Salsa Verde
- Fold the haddock pieces in two to crate a "sandwich"
- Tightly wrap the haddock in the Serrano ham
- Place in a baking tray and add a splash of olive oil
- Bake in a warm oven for approximately 20 minutes
