"Just a note to say what a fabulous evening the Sacla' party was!
No other brand of pesto is as good, or has such lovely little pickled veggies and artichokes as its siblings.
...tonight's dinner or maybe lunch: pasta with diced courgettes, strips of roasted red pepper, dabs of pesto and perhaps a scattering of chopped chives. I don't usually like to combine opposing herbs with pesto, but am thinking this might work out, then again if it doesn't, i'll just add more pesto. It really makes everything better. It's like chocolate that way.
